The spatial layout is organized around a clear distinction between a block of enclosed private spaces and the open-plan office area, which also accommodates the executive offices. These two zones converge at the entrance and reception landing, where the brainstorming room is positioned as a prominent cubic volume, becoming a defining architectural feature through its strong geometric form.
A key structural characteristic of the project is the coffered concrete ceiling, which remains exposed without additional cladding. All mechanical and electrical installations run visibly beneath it, reinforcing the industrial character of the space. The only suspended ceiling element is a perforated metal sheet system that follows the primary circulation routes.
The flooring combines concrete-toned finishes with natural oak surfaces, highlighting the main circulation corridor. The color palette enhances the light industrial atmosphere established by the ceiling and floor treatments, incorporating the cool tones of the corporate identity alongside carmine-colored aluminum partition profiles.
The environmental graphics were designed to highlight specific focal points within the office without overwhelming the overall spatial experience.
