Large openings and the strong relationship between interior and exterior spaces transform the residence into an urban retreat of high-quality living.

The residence is developed across two levels, with a clean, symmetrical, and balanced morphology.
The material palette follows a consistent and refined approach that emphasizes the architectural character of the house. White plaster dominates the exterior surfaces, offering a sense of purity and brightness. In contrast, black and charcoal metal details — used in railings, entrance doors, and fencing — add depth, character, and modern elegance. Glass balustrades on the balconies reinforce the sense of lightness and transparency, allowing unobstructed visual continuity throughout the spaces.
