RESIDENCE IN DIONYSSOS

DESCRIPTION

The residence is located in a quiet area of Dionysos and is developed across three levels — first floor, second floor, and roof terrace — offering comfort and a well-organized spatial layout.

From the original condition, only the impressive wooden flooring was preserved, becoming a key reference element for the new architectural approach. The remainder of the building was fully renovated, with the aim of creating a contemporary residence of high aesthetic quality and functionality.

The design was developed in close and harmonious collaboration with the owner, adopting a contemporary and minimal architectural language, characterized by soft color palettes, natural textures, and carefully selected materials.

Particular emphasis was placed on the kitchen area, conceived not only as a food preparation space but also as a central point for daily interaction and work. For this reason, a large island worktop was designed to comfortably accommodate multiple uses and several users simultaneously.

In the bathroom areas, Corian countertops, concealed lighting, and earthy textures on walls and floors create an atmosphere of purity, calmness, and wellbeing.

A defining feature of the master bedroom is the spacious walk-in wardrobe, incorporating transparent doors and smoked mirror cladding at the entrance, adding depth and elegance to the space.

The operation of the blinds and lighting systems was integrated into a smart automation system, allowing control through a mobile application or voice commands.

At roof level, the area surrounding the swimming pool was completely redesigned with new flooring, landscaping, and a pergola with adjustable shading, creating a fully integrated outdoor living environment. A small bathroom and outdoor shower complete the composition functionally, further enhancing the comfort and usability of the space
