ASTELLAS PHARMA
DESCRIPTION
In 2017, ACRM was commissioned to undertake the construction management and fit-out of the new offices of the pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma, located in an office building in Marousi.
ACRM’s experience and expertise in high-specification projects successfully met the demanding requirements of this assignment. Through the effective coordination of multiple disciplines and the close collaboration of all project teams involved, the project was completed within a short timeframe, with particular emphasis placed on construction quality and finishing details.
The architectural design was developed by SCAPE Architecture, focusing on functionality, freedom of movement, and the continuous flow between open and enclosed workspaces. The design responds to the contemporary demands for flexibility and adaptability that characterize modern working environments, while simultaneously enhancing communication and collaboration among users.
The central geometric feature of the composition is the reception island unit. Through its folded surfaces and dual-axis curvature, it operates as a dynamic architectural gesture, giving the space a strong and distinctive identity.
