DESCRIPTION

The project concerns a complex of two holiday residences in the “Kambos” area of Paros, designed to serve as the ideal summer retreat for its visitors.

The defining element of the architectural design is the site’s distinctive characteristic: a large olive grove extending just a few meters from the sea. Adopting a minimalist approach, the residences are composed of fragmented volumes that harmonize with the natural landscape of olive trees both geometrically and chromatically. The placement of these volumes has been carefully considered so that each interior space extends into an independent outdoor area, ensuring privacy, while at the same time each residence is oriented toward shared terraces that lead to the swimming pool area.
